All classes are full-length, balanced classes with a range of different exercises, positions and movement directions. Please ensure you select a level appropriate to your Pilates experience / ability. If you are unsure about your level, just get in touch (or consult this page).
These video classes are not a substitute for your weekly live class in any way (where your teacher can give you personal guidance and adaptations). The classes may not be suitable for you if you have an injury or medical condition - please contact us if you need further advice. Bodywise cannot accept responsibility for any injury incurred as a result of doing these video classes. Please take care of your body and don't work through pain!
